Tenía ganas de probar Hankook Korean BBQ & Sushi y finalmente fuimos a este restaurante de la Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, en Barcelona. Ya habíamos visto que su propuesta combina barbacoa coreana, sushi y diferentes platos asiáticos, así que nos apetecía conocerlo y probarlo por nosotros mismos.
El restaurante nos gustó desde el principio. La decoración es moderna y está bastante cuidada, y el ambiente resulta agradable. Como en otros buffets de este tipo, los platos se van pidiendo desde una tablet que tienes en la mesa, lo que permite ir escogiendo diferentes opciones a medida que avanza la comida.
Nosotros nos decantamos por el menú Infinity porque queríamos tener acceso a toda la carta sin preocuparnos de pagar un suplemento por determinados platos. Y, después de lo que probamos, creo que fue una buena elección.
La parte de la barbacoa permite pedir diferentes carnes, pescados, mariscos y verduras para cocinar en la parrilla que hay integrada en la propia mesa. Entre todo lo que probamos, el bulgogi fue uno de los platos que más nos gustó y es el que destacaría especialmente.
